VBS: The Incredible Race
Revving engines, cheering crowds, and checkered flags all signal that something exciting is just around the next turn at Parliament Community Church. Strap on your helmets and fasten your seat belts! It’s time for full-throttle fun!
 Children entering Kindergarten to grade 6 are invited to join us for The Incredible Race which will be running daily from 9:15 a.m. until noon, August 18–22, 2008, right here at Parliament Community Church, 4011 Pasqua Street. When the green flag waves, young race drivers (no license required!) will experience hands-on involvement as they accelerate onto the track, following biblical pacesetters who have turned in championship performances.
 This is an opportunity for kids to get out of the grandstand and prepare for the all-important race of life. We’ll help them fill their tanks with God’s Word and tune up their engines. Kids will cheer as Otto, our animated car mascot, joins them in the race. Trackside Praises will keep us revving our engines. Full Throttle Fun ’n Games will have us running the course. Pit Stop Snacks will keep us all fueled up!

Let’s run the race!
During the school year, we have Pioneer Clubs and Christian Service Brigade programs for children. The children do hands-on crafts, hear stories from the Bible and participate in various recreational activities.
